I guess. I hope. Reading labels is exhausting.
So far I've learned that fruit isn't filling, coconut milk tastes like pirate piss and gluten free beef jerky does NOT taste the same, even with the teriyaki.
Peanut butter is less of a favorite now - as I keep eating it as a "whatever, it's safe" thing. Oh and avocados disappear too fast.
And I'm tired. Though I have other things going on that MAY be contributing to that sleepy feeling (stress makes me sleepy). Either way? Day one is kicking my ass.
