- my back has been sore the past two days, feeling like someone ran up behind me and hit me dead center with a 2x4. It's not my shoulders or lower back pain - it's a fun, new pain right in the middle that I don't think I've ever felt. Lifting too much weight? Attempting too many tumbles? NOT sitting at fitdesk and peddling a good part of the day as I had been the week before?
I'm wondering if I've raised the bar so high with my activity level that when I ease up - ever - it hurts? Idk, but I'm focusing on legs today just in case. As I'd hoped to practice cartwheels tomorrow and that won't happen if I can't move! ??? Oh and I've realized that MAYBE girls posing in pics like this are saying, "owwwch, my back!" and aren't actually little attention whores. Not me, but maybe that applies to them. ? And here's me looking back at you and judging YOU. You like that?! Knew it (whichever way applies) ????
